I have been a cook for years and I have found these to be invaluable.

After a long split-shift and I am tired and hungry,

I don't want to think too much, all I want is a quick and easy snack with no fuss and the very barest minimum of washing-up.

All it takes is 3 minutes and you are eating your favourite toastie and the washing-up can be done while you are chewing the first mouthful.
