From the beginning Woll's efforts were to produce the best possible cast pans in the world. With more than 30 models and quality features such as the extremely strong bottom, the stable edge, the patented robust and long-lived TITANIUM PLUS hard base sealing, with three optional handles and with Authorities-checked safety I believe that they have surrpased their target.

When you check these quality features, as well as the diagram on thermal conductivity and surface hardness you will note that there is no comparable cast pan on the market which contains all these quality features.

The Pan Body
WOLL PROFESSIONAL CAST PRODUCTS are cast by hand from a high quality pre-treated aluminium-alloy " from German plants". This is performed in an original chill casting process to an extraordinary thickness of the bottom of about 7-8mm.


Advantages
Optimum thermal conductivity, excellent heat capacity and no distortion of the thermal bottom at high temperatures. The reinforced edging guarantees high shock-resistance. It has an oven proof detachable handle and also a cast-in second handle facilitates an easy and safe lifting of the filled pan. The cast-in, brass, threaded bushing guarantees a durable fastening of the handle and enables later tightening of the pan's handle, although I have never had to tighten mine in 10 years.

This pan is sealed with a patented and high-standard TITANIUM PLUS hard base sealing which corresponds to hardness no.9 of the Mohs-scale.
